New Album “Further Down the Line” Released

Hello everyone!

I am thrilled to announce the release of my new album, “Further Down the Line.” This project has been a labor of love, and I’m excited to share it with all of you.

About the Album

“Further Down the Line” was recorded and mastered at Audrey Studios in Coburg under the masterful hand of Craig Pilkington from April to June 2024. We also included a special bonus track, “Once I Knew You,” which was recorded at Toyland Studio by Adam Calaitzis in 2019 during the Guitar Music sessions.

The Music and Musicians

On this album, I’ve had the pleasure of playing all the guitars, mandolin, vocals, and percussion. I’m also grateful to have Liz Frencham on double bass for tracks 1, 3, 7, and 9, as well as her beautiful harmony vocals on track 9. Ed Bates lent his incredible talent on pedal steel for track 9.

A Personal Touch

This album wouldn’t have been possible without the support of some very special people. Troy Burg has been instrumental in all things computer and promotion-related, and his untiring support has been invaluable. I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to Penny for her love, inspiration, and patience throughout this journey.

Artwork and Photography

The visual aspect of “Further Down the Line” was brought to life by Damien Sutton, who did a fantastic job with the artwork. Barry Gittins captured the essence of this album through his front cover photography, and additional photos by Troy Burg add a personal touch to the project.

Endorsements

I’m proud to endorse Maton Guitars and John Pearse Strings. These brands have been integral to my music, providing me with the finest instruments and accessories.

Listen Now

I can’t wait for you all to hear “Further Down the Line.”

Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you enjoy the new music!
